CRM作为一种全新的商业理念已经成为全球企业界关注的焦点和发展方向,然而,现实中,CRM由于投资大,周期长,风险巨大而举步维艰.面对困境,作为辅助手段的调查系统由于立足网络,具有复用性强、服务扩展性强等优点,成为提高企业CRM能力的有效途径.
As a brand - new concept of commerce, CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) is becoming the focus and trend of enterprises in the world. In practice, enterprises will face the dilemma that CRM comes with high cost, long period and great risk. An investigation system based on network can enhance the CRM ability in enterprises with its advantages such as high reusability and flexibility.
