摘要
对工程总承包的风险进行了分析。决策阶段风险因素、承包报价阶段风险因素、合同履行阶段风险因素构成了工程总承包的风险因素,针对这些风险提出了一些具体的防范措施。
In this arctile, risks of general contract of civil engineering should be firstly analyzed. The whole risk factors are comprosed of decision stage risk, quotation stage risk and implement stage risk.Then the contract decisions should be put forword according to these factors.
