城市地价动态监测是政府制定地价管理政策和调控土地市场的重要基础。分析了城市地价动态监测的内容、作用,归纳了当前存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议:第一,完善地价动态监测制度,扩大监测范围,明确监测执行机构,保障运行经费;第二,应确保监测数据的准确性和系统的安全性;第三,修改完善技术规范;第四,深入开展相关研究。

Dynamic monitoring of urban land price is the important basis for the government to do land-price management and the regulation on land market. This paper analyses the contents and functions of dynamic monitoring of urban land price, and summarizes the main problems at present. So such suggestions are proposed as follows： Firstly, we should perfect the dynamic monitoring system of urhan land price, enlarge the monitoring scope, define some organizations to carry out the tasks and offer necessary funds. Secondly, measures should be taken to ensure the accuracy of numerous monitoring data and the security of monitoring system. Thirdly, the standard of urban land price dynamic monitoring should be revised in time. And finally, more studies concerning the issue should be further developed.
