The paper analyses the status quo of the digital resources in police colleges, suggests to found the digital reference consulting center that serves the actual combat for the police, and presents a series of working measures to strengthen propaganda and service evaluation, digitalize the resources in the library, effectively guide cyber information, develop electronic information retrieval abilities of users, build up the data base with library characteristics and actively probe into the joint service mode.
