摘要
本文从经济发展与人口增长、产业结构的动态变化机制方面，首先利用所构造的理论模型定量化地探讨了不同产业部门发展对人力资源的吸纳和转移，并在此基础上，通过构建人口年龄结构与增长同产业结构发展关联的结构模型。
From the angle of Economy development & population growth & estate section changes, the paper uses the model which be built to analyze quantitatively different estate section divelopment and it influence the asorbtion and transition of human resource. Based on the research, it also analyze the population capicity and age rank adjustment of regional economic moderate degree and their's harmony with the estate section improvement & economy development by building the related model on population age structured & estate section changes.
