摘要
教师培训应该走向教学实践,引导教师关注和研讨课堂教学问题。本文结合教师培训的实际,阐述了“案例学习”活动的设置依据、活动结构的整体构建思路以及实施策略等内容。
The author holds that teacher training should be practice-oriented, that is, let the teachers focus on and research into practical teaching. Based on the practical teacher-training experience, the author elaborates on the basis,the overall activity design and the implementation strategies for case study activities.
