录井行业质量管理问题剖析

Discussion on quality administration in mud logging industry.

针对录井行业在推行ISO9000质量管理体系中存在的问题,在体系文件制定和体系运行两方面的基础上,提出了解决的方法。强调在充分理解ISO9000内涵的前提下,以录井行业行之有效的管理经验为基础,以“过程方法”为指导,以录井工程固有的流程为主线,采用录井行业内通俗的语言,编制具有录井行业特色的质量管理体系文件。同时遵循ISO9000关于“持续改进”的原则,通过整合质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系,进而将财务管理、经营管理纳入该体系,面向未来,建立起录井企业的综合管理体系。

As for the problems existed during carrying out ISO 9000 quality administration system in mud logging industry, on the basis of the system file making and system running, the author put forward the solution and emphasized to adopt the mud logging industry popular language to draw up the quality administration system files of the mud logging industry distinguishing features under the premise of fully understanding ISO 9000 connotation, taking the effective administration experience of mud logging industry as the basis and the course method as the guide and the mud logging engineering fixed process as the mainline. Meanwhile, following the continuous improvement principle of ISO 9000, by integrating quality, environment, professional health, safety administration, finance administration, and management administration, the comprehensive management system for mud logging enterprises could be set up.
