The Anti-freezing Technique Application on C80 Freight Train Transporting Sluicing Coal in Winter

近年来,我国研制出C 80敞车并全面运用于大秦线,使铁路运力有了较大幅度提高。由于C 80敞车厢体采用铝钢结构,对北方地区冬季洗精煤运输防冻工作提出了新的要求,本文对C 80敞车特点及防冻技术要求进行分析,提出防止冻车皮的应用研究。

Recently,the C80 freight train was developed and applied on DAQIN line. The railway transport, capacity was raised substantially. The new requirement of anti-freezing work of sluicing coal transport on northern area in winter was raised because the C80 freight train adopted duralium structure. The speciality of C80 freight train and the requirement of anti-freezing technique were analyzed. The anti -freezing train wagon＇s applied research was put forward.
