摘要
本文考察了20世纪40年代以来辽东Q镇婚姻支付制度的变迁,其中包括婆家与娘家婚姻支付的内容及其流向变化。Q镇的个案说明,婚姻支付的持续上涨不仅是个体性和夫妻关系的增强,它还被视为一种传统的文化资源和社会资源,为娘家所沿用和拓展,并日益发展成为谋求姻亲秩序的重要途径。娘家利用了婚姻支付的变迁,争取了与新建立家庭的联系,达成了与婆家地位平等的谋划,进而强化了姻亲关系在民间社会中的重要作用。
This article is a case study based on the fieldwork in Q county of Liaoning Province, and it probes into the changing practice of marital payments since 1940s. The case reveals that escalating payments means the rise of individuality as well as conjugality. Moreover, as a kind of traditional cultural and social recourses, marital payments tend to be utilized to pursue the equilibrium of power in affinal relationships by bride's family. What is more important is that bride's family makes use of marital payments to reconstruct affinal order, which enforces the relationships between bride's family and the new couple, with the result that affinity plays an important role in local folk society.
