基于工科背景的法律人才培养模式初探

Reform of Law Education in the University of Technology

在工科院校中举办法学专业,应该与现有的专业结合起来,形成具有自身特点与优势的专业特色与办学模式。这对于拓展专业发展空间,提高所培养人才的竞争力是十分必要的。广东工业大学的法学专业应该从环境、知识产权与信息网络三大类型的科技类法律专门人才的角度,去体现学校法律专门人才的特色与优势。要达到这一目标,应从教学计划、师资队伍、学制与生源等方面进行改革与调整。

To have the law specialty in the university of technology, we should put it together with engineering courses to develop its own characteristics and special mode of education. Students should first study the courses of environmental science, chemical science and 1T science. Then they would be specialists of environmental law, intellectual property law and network law. We should reform the syllabus and build up a new mode of training special talents of law to achieve this purpose.
