A General Analysis of the Art of the Tutor's Management For Adult Higher Education

专业导师是高校成人教育专业班级教学的直接组织者和管理者,是联系学校与学生的桥梁,对于学校办学意图的实施和培养目标的实现,起着举足轻重的作用。做好成人高等教育的专业导师工作必须依据成人高等教育学生的特点,讲究管理艺术。这些艺术主要归纳为:一是形象艺术;二是组织艺术;三是沟通艺术;四是激励艺术;五是协调控制艺术。

The tutor is the organizer and manager in the teaching and learning of classes in adult education, who is the link between the university and the students, and plays an important pole in carrying out the teaching methods and realizing the cultivation goal of the university. According to the characteristics of adult students, a tutor must pay attention to the management art in his work. These management art can be concluded as the following： the first is image art; the second is organization art; the third is communicative art; the fourth is encouragement art; the fifth is coordination and control art.
