摘要
大班授课是大众化教育背景下高校常用的一种授课方式。与这种授课方式在法学教育中的适用直接相悖的就是法学创新人才的培养。文章从分析创新与兴趣,进而形成创新自主性、创新与个性化培养、创新与教师引导等方面与大班授课的矛盾冲突入手,进而提出如何让这种授课方式与创新人才培养在一定程度上实现调和,在二者对立的关系中寻求统一,找到解决办法,来缓解这一矛盾。
Teaching big classes is a general way in the background of the popularization of higher education. However, this contradicts the goal of innovative talent training. Analyzing the contradiction between innovation and interest, innovation and guidance of the teacher, the author puts forward the means of coordination of this teaching mode and innovative talent cultivating. The author tries to search for the uniformity from the contradiction and find out the solution.
