Research on DSS for the Foreign Periodicals Acquisition in the University Libraries

分析了与高校图书馆外刊采购相关的学科建设、图书质量评价因子,并对其优化,采用“温度计——洋葱头算法”定义学科对外刊需求和外刊被选指数,应用数据挖掘的方法构建决策知识库,提出三次联采的算法思想,建立高校图书馆外刊联采支持系统。

This paper analyzes and optimizes the factors of evaluating level of subjects and quality of periodical, which are related to the foreign periodicals acquisition in the university library. It defines the need index of subjects on foreign periodicals and the selected index of foreign periodicals with the ＂temperatureonion＂ algorithm and constructs the decision knowledge database by data mining. Finally based on an idea of triple purchasing algorithm, it brings forward the DSS for foreign periodicals acquisition in the university libraries.
