论心理卫生辅导中的价值观问题及其在医疗中的应用

Value Orientation in Psychological and Mental Health Guidance and Its Application in Medical Care

探讨了在心理卫生辅导中争论的主要问题，即价值中立还是价值参与。明确了价值中立在理论上的意义，分析了其在现实层面上实施的可行性，并列举了当前进行价值参与的两种观点，即价值澄清和价值引导、功能性干预和内容性干预。并特别针对以上各方面的观点提出了价值参与在医疗时对患者进行精神卫生辅导的具体应用。

This paper inquires into the key issues in disputes in psychological and mental health guidance： whether we should maintain＂ value neutrality＂ or＂ value participation＂ . The authors clarify the theoretical meaning of value neutrality, analyze its feasibility at the realistic level. In terms of the present situation in this area, the two main points of view of “value participation” are“value clarification”and “value gutdance”, as well as “value partictpation”on function and “value participation” on content. Then we put forward how to apply ＂value participation＂ to mental health guidance in medical treatmem.
