How to Advance Steadily the Reform of Medical Education in the New Period

随着时代的发展，传统的医学教育模式面临诸多挑战，医学教育改革已经成为当务之急。本文试图从一种探索的角度提出高等医学教育改革必须根据现代医学教育特点制定符合实用性原则的教学计划与大纲，必须把握现代临床医学的发展趋势，注重医学学科的综合与融合，开展教学内容、教学方法改革，必须注重实践性教学环节，改革医学教育的课问见习方式，必须强化临床实习的质量管理，提高临床实习的质量。

Traditional medical teaching model is faced with all kinds of challenges in the new period; therefore, it is urgent to innovate medical education now. This paper discusses that the reform must make practical teaching plan and syllabus on the basis of the characteristics of modem medical education, and grasp the development trend of clinical medicine, strengthen the integration of various medical disciplines, reform teaching content and methods, stress practice-oriented teaching, transform the practice model, and enhance the management of clinical practice quality.
