摘要
作为一项系统工程,生物(医学)基础课实验教学示范中心在实践过程中,会面临各种确定或不确定因素的干扰,导致“示范中心”背离建立时的初衷。本文应用系统、科学的方法研究了“基础课实验教学示范中心”管理问题的系统性和复杂性。并预期获得一种有利于“示范中心”可持续发展的长效动态管理机制,以便在长时间跨度中充分发挥“示范中心”应有的职能。
As a system engineering, the biomedical experiment teaching demonstration center may face various kinds of certain or uncertain factors, and the center may even depart from the original intention. This article uses the systematic and scientific method to study the systematic characteristics and complexity of this kind of management question, anticipatedly obtains a longterm effect dynamic management mechanism advantageous to the demonstration center's sustainable development in order to give full play to the center's functions over a long span of time.
