高等教育大众化背景下的学生管理工作初探

Student Management in the Context of Popularization of Higher Education

随着经济的发展，社会的进步，高等教育进入大众化时代，使高校学生管理工作呈现出了新的特点，需要我们在原来的工作基础上从观念、思想、制度上进行创新，在分析了高等教育大众化背景下学生管理工作面临的新情况的基础上，提出了一些相应的对策。

With economic development and social progress, higher education has entered the era of popularization. New features appear in university student management. We should innovate in the following aspects： concept, thought, and system. This paper analyzes the new situation of student management in the context of popularization of higher education , and then puts forward some countermeasures.
