摘要
为了探讨在实习中如何提高医学检验专业本科生的综合技能，从实验技能的培训、学术讲座、毕业论文和临床实习4个方面对此进行了探索。发现实验技能的培训可以使学生较快适应医学检验的常规工作，提高实验操作技能；学术讲座可以拓宽学生视野、活跃思维，培养良好的动脑习惯；毕业论文的完成过程也是培养学生科研能力的过程；临床卖习则能够全面培养学生在实际工作中分析问题、解决问题的能力。
The paper discusses how to improve the comprehensive abilities of undergraduates of medical laboratory in practice in the following four aspects： training of technical abilities, academic reports, graduation thesis, and clinical practice. Training the students＇ technical abilities can enable them to fit in routine work fast in the clinical laboratory and improve operating skills; academic reports can broaden their scientific vision and cultivate good habit of thinking, graduation thesis can improve their research ability, and clinical practice can improve their abilities to analyze and resolve problems.
