针对军医大学战略转型后承担的教育训练任务，阐述了军医大学的任职教育特点，分析了新形势下军医大学教育任务对教学保障的需求，提出了以培养军事医学人才为核心，树立“大教保”观念，加大投入，整合资源，科学管理，以信息化环境建设为重点，构建学历教育与任职教育共用的技术先进、功能完备、系统配套、便捷高效、开放共享的集物质、技术和信息服务为有机整体的新型教学保障体系。

As for the alterations of educational tasks after military universities＇ strategic transformation, the article expounds on the characteristics of professional education at military medical universities, analyzes the requirements for teaching logistics in the new situation, and then brings forward taking military medical personnel cultivation as the core, building up the concept of ＂Grand Teaching Support＂, increasing the investment, integrating the resources, and managing scientifically. In this way, focusing on establishing an information-based enviroment, we need to construct open and sharing, convenient and efficient teaching logistics for formal school education and professional training with advanced technology, complete functions, sound system kit, and with materials, technological and informative service as an organic whole.
