摘要
利用XRD和TEM对无磁场和10T超导强磁场下低温中和法制备的试样进行了分析,结果表明:无磁场下,锰的沉淀物主要是锰的纳米氢氧化物;10T超导强磁场下,锰的沉淀物主要是锰的纳米水合氧化物。此外,10T超导强磁场对锰的纳米水合氧化物结晶度几乎没有影响。此外,对0T磁场和10T超导强磁场下制备试样在无磁场中进行经热处理后,利用XRD、SEM和Raman光谱分析仪对热处理试样进行了分析,结果表明:前者制备出了无序结构的亚微米MnxOy,后者制备出了有序结构的亚微米MnxOy,并且,有序亚微米MnxOy粒度分布更加均匀,但其活性却有所降低。
The samples, which were prepared in zero magnetic field and 10T superconducting magnetic field by low-temperature neutralization method, were analyzed with XRD and TEM. The testing results turn out that nanometer manganese hydroxide is prepared in zero magnetic field,and nanometer hydration MnxOy is prepared in 10T superconducting magnetic field. Besides, 10T superconducting magnetic field has not influence on the crystal of nanometer hydration MnxOy. And then, the samples prepared in zero magnetic field and 10T superconducting magnetic field were analyzed with XRD,SEM and Raman after heat treating in zero magnetic field. The testing results bear out that out-of-order submicron MnxOy is prepared through the former and ordered submicron MnxOy is prepared through the latter. And, the granularity distributing of ordered submicron MnxOy is more uniform than that of out-of-order submicron MnxOy. In addition, the activity of ordered submicron MnxO is more depressed than that of out-of-order submicron MnxOy.
