摘要
利用Pro/E和Ansys软件建立了支架纵向柔顺性分析模型,对临床上广泛应用的3种镍钛合金支架的纵向柔顺性进行了分析和比较。最后还进一步系统地分析了支架设计中筋的尺寸变化对支架纵向柔顺性的影响。结果显示,增加支架筋的宽度和厚度都能够提高支架的纵向柔顺性,但是宽度的增加比厚度的增加对支架柔顺性的影响程度要大。
In the present work,the longitudinal flexibility of the nitinol stent was analyzed using finite element method. Three kinds of nitinol stents commonly used in clinie were analyzed and eompared. Finally,the influenee of the stent's strut width and thiekness on the stent's flexibility is systematieally analyzed. The result shows that the stent's flexibility is improved with the inereasing of the strut's width or thiekness,but the influence of the width is larger than that of the thickness.
