摘要
介绍了两套不同原理的延时功能NIM插件的设计。总延时量1μs的短延时插件采用它激同步时钟计数和可编程延时器件的设计方案,延时步长小于30ps,晃动小于50ps;总延时量10ms的长延时插件采用基于FPGA,对外部100MHz的有源晶振计数的设计方案,延时步长10ns,晃动10ns。
Two deferent NIM plug-in modules designed for deferent delay time scales are introduced in this article. The one with short delay of 1 micro-second full range is designed based on the principle of counting the external-triggering-clock and is digitally programmable for delay time. For this module, the delay resolution is less than 30 ps and the time jitter is less than 50 ps. The one with long time delay of 10 ms full range is design based on a FPGA and counting a 100 MHz external reference clock. For this module, the delay resolution is 10 ns and the time jitter is less than 10 ns.
