摘要
双离合器自动变速器(DCT)以其独特的结构特点,克服了传统AMT换档动力中断的缺点,使车辆具有良好的动力性、燃油经济性和驾驶舒适性,成为目前变速器领域内的新的发展方向.在分析双离合器自动变速器起步控制原理的基础上,提出了基于发动机恒转速和2个离合器同时参与起步过程的控制原则与方法,并对干式双离合器自动变速器的起步进行了仿真分析,为双离合器自动变速器的开发研究提供了理论依据.
With unique configuration characteristic, dual-clutch transmission(DCT) overcomes the shortcoming of power interruption when shifting in traditional AMT, which results in good power performance, fuel economy and driving comfort, and recently it becomes a new development trend in the field of transmission. Basing on the analysis of starting control principle of DCT, control principle and method that both the dual clutch engaged in the starting process simultaneously with engine constant speed are proposed. And the starting characteristic of the dry dual-clutch transmission is simulated and analyzed, providing theory foundation for the development and research of the dual-clutch transmission.
