摘要
通过对比例流量阀控气动位置伺服系统工作机理的研究,建立该系统的数学模型,并在此基础上对模型进行了简化处理。采用比例控制方法,同时对摩擦力进行实时补偿,通过系统仿真得到了模型在低频工作频段内的动态响应。
This paper establishes the mathematic model of proportional valve controlled pneumatic servo system based on the research of its principle. With the approach of proportional controller and the friction compensator, the simulation results demonstrate the dynamic response of the model in lower frequency.
