摘要
采用虚拟样机技术对轮椅的耐久性试验进行了仿真分析。采用CAD软件Pro/E和机械系统动力学仿真软件AD-AMS建立了轮椅耐久性试验的动态仿真模型,运用ADAMS/Durab ility进行了轮椅的疲劳寿命预测,并将仿真结果与物理试验结果进行了对比。
Deals with simulating analysis of wheelchair durability by using virtual prototype. The model of dynamic simulation of wheelchair is established by using CAD software of Pro/E and ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System). Carried on the forecasting of wheelchair fatigue life using ADAMS/Durability, and contrasted the simulation result with the physical testing result.
