摘要
使用数字图像处理技术实现弧齿锥齿轮齿面接触区的检测。根据眼识别特性,按色差对齿轮齿面接触区进行灰度变换;采用Robot边缘检测算法进行边缘提取,得到较好的接触区轮廓,为齿轮检测系统的三维坐标计算提供前提条件。
Researches edge detecting technology of contact zone for spiral bevel gear with digital image processing technology. According to sensitivity of eyes in gray-scale and tone to processing contact zone by gray-scale transformation and edge detection. The work makes the 3D coordinates calculation possible in gear detection system.
