摘要
剖分式滑动轴承内孔精镗是该产品工艺流程的最后关键工序,镗削结束后的主轴定向制动处理是本工序提高加工质量和工作效率的技术要点。在分析加工过程和机床结构的基础上,讨论采用PLC对控制系统进行技术改造的内容,并对相关技术问题予以说明。
The finish boring of bisected sliding bearing is the last pivotal working procedure in the machining process of these products. The directional braking return of the boring machine after the boring process finished is the key for improving the machining quality and working efficiency. Discussed the process of technical reform of the control system applying PLC by analyzing the machining process of workpieces of this kind, and explained the correlative technical problems.
