刚果红法测定燕麦中β-葡聚糖含量的研究 被引量:47

摘要 以刚果红分光光度法快速测定β-葡聚糖含量,并对该方法的测定条件、准确度及精密度进行了研究。确定最佳测定条件为:pH8.0,温度20℃,反应时间30 min,最大吸收波长545nm。试验证明该测定方法的准确度和精密度均较高,是一种简便、高效可行的测定方法。 A spectroscopic method for determination of β-glucan from oat was established. The determination conditions were as follows: the optimal pH 8.0, reaction time 30 min, reaction temperature 20 ℃ and the maximum absorption wavelength 545 nm. The accuracy and recovery tests demonstrated that the method is simple and feasible.
