摘要
针对环件轧制动态三维仿真的一些关键技术问题开展研究,基于通用动力显示有限元软件Ansys/Ls-dyna建立了RAW200/160-5径轴向轧环机轧制斜L形异形截面环件有限元模型,实现了斜L形异形截面环件轧制全过程的动态仿真。实时观测了环件在轧制过程中成形和缺陷生成的动态过程,绘制了不同时刻环件节点的位移、应力、应变、速度云图,结合计算结果对毛坯结构尺寸、主轴转速、芯辊进给、锥辊进给等轧制工艺进行了比较。
The paper studies the key technique about the three-dimension dy- namic simulation to the annular parts rolling process, and based on the general FEM software Ansys / LS-dyna, establishes the finite element model for rolling the oblique L-shape abnormity-section annular parts with RAW200 / 160-5 radial-axial ring rolling mill to realize the dynamic simulation to the whole process of rolling the oblique L- shape abnormity-section annular parts. The dynamic annular parts shaping and the defect producing process in the rolling course is real- time monitored, the nephogram of displacement, stress, strain, veloc- ity of the parts node at the different time are offered, and rolling technique of the structural dimension of the roughcast, rotation veloc- ity of the main shaft, feeding of the roller core and the feeding of the cone roller are compared combining the calculation result.
