摘要 合成了-βD-O-四-乙酰基糖基叠氮化合物,并得到单晶,经X射线衍射方法解析,其晶系属于单斜晶系,P21空间群,其中a=0.7596(6)nm,b=1.518 4(13)nm,c=1.6412(14)nm,V=1.8930(3)nm3,α=90.00°,β=90.045(1)°,γ=90.00°,Z=2.在晶体结构中,六元糖环采取经典4C1椅式构象,糖环上所有的取代基均以平伏键存在,其中叠氮基不是以直线型结构存在,呈现一定的弯曲现象. Compound 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glycopyranosyl azide was synthesized and characterized by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21 with crystallographic parameters α = 0.7596(6) nm, b = 1.5184(13) nm, c = 1.641 2(14) nm, α = 90. 00°, β = 90.045 ( 1 )°, γ = 90.00°, Z = 2, V = 1. 893 0 ( 3 ) nm^3. In the crystal structure of the title compound, the hexopyranosyl ring adopt a normal ^4C1 chair conformation and all the substituents occupy equatorial position and the azide group do not adopt beeline structure but has curve phenomena.
