RP-HPLC法测定不同生长期尾叶香茶菜中二萜类成分的含量 被引量:2

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了不同生长期尾叶香茶菜叶的4种主要二萜类成分kamebakaurin(Ⅰ),excisanin A(Ⅱ),rabdokunmin C(Ⅲ)和kamebanin(Ⅳ)的含量.结果表明,不同生长期尾叶香茶菜叶中二萜类成分含量发生变化.化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ在7月上旬含量最高;化合物Ⅲ在6月初到8月中旬含量变化不大,但8月上旬含量开始下降;化合物Ⅳ在6月中旬含量最高,7月上旬含量开始下降.7月上旬尾叶香茶菜中总二萜类成分含量最高. Four diterpenoids- kamebakaurin ( Ⅰ ), excisanin A ( Ⅱ ), rabdokunmin C ( Ⅲ ) and kamebanin (Ⅳ) in Rabdosia excisa in different periods were determined via RP-HPLC. The separation was performed on a ZORBAX Extend C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , with mixture 23% acetonitrile and 77% water as mobile phase at a rate of 1.2 mL/min and 25 ℃, the wavelength for the measurement was 230 nm. The results show that the content of the four diterpenoids in Rabdosia excisa are different in different periods. Kamebakaurin ( Ⅰ ) and excisanin A ( Ⅱ ) could reach the highest content respectively in the first ten days of July; Rabdokunmin C ( Ⅲ ) has a little variation from the begin of June to the begin of August, then, the content would decrease ; Kamebanin ( Ⅳ ) could reach the highest content in the middle ten days of June, the content would decrease then. The total content of the four diterpenoids is the highest in the first ten days of July.
