复合型微生物絮凝剂产生菌生长周期中参数变化 被引量:11

摘要 研究复合型微生物絮凝剂产生菌的生长曲线变化在不同时期的pH值、基质-葡萄糖、硫酸铵含量、絮凝活性、产量变化、细胞絮凝效果变化等.结果表明,在整个生长周期中,pH值基本不变;碳氮源变化显著,并存在相关性;进入稳定期后,60h时,絮凝活性达到最大值97.35%,此后,絮凝活性数值下降,但不明显,絮凝剂产量最大值为3.02g/L;细胞絮凝效果与细胞生长呈正相关性.鉴定结果表明,3种单菌分别为Brevibacterium mcbrellneri,Burkholderia glumae,Cryptococcus albidus var aerius. The changes in the content of both substrate-glucose and ammonium sulfate, pH and flocculation activity and output of compound microbial flocculant in different periods of growth cycle compound bioflocculant producing-bacterium were studied. In the whole growth cycle, pH was stable, the change of carbon and nitrogen source was obvious, the content of nitrogen was consistent with the source of carbon; the maximum of flocculation-activity reached to 97.35% at 60 h point after steady period, then the numerical value of flocculation activity fell down, but not obvious. Flocculation activity had a wide region of largest value and the maximum output of flocculation (3.02 g/L) was in this region. The result of cell flocculation and growth of cell got positive pertinence. Appraisal result is: 3 bacteria are respectively Brevibacterium mcbrellneri, Burkholderia glumae and Cryptococcus albidus var aerius. The experimental result offered a foundation to further investigations of contributing factor on flocculation and mechanism. It provided gist in theory for culture in industrial application, too.
