摘要
针对战斗部破片过靶位置及过靶速度问题,提出了一种非接触测量方法,介绍了6个光幕靶、1个位置标识器、多路测时仪和计算机组成的测试系统的测试原理。测试系统的核心是1个由6个光幕靶组成的具有一定几何结构的光幕阵传感器。当破片从阵中飞过,多路测时仪记录破片飞过每个光幕的时刻,依据各时刻值和光幕阵的几何参数,计算出破片速度、飞行弹道的空间角度和飞行位置。所提方法可以自动识别破片的过靶位置和破片实际飞行方向上的速度,进一步工程化后可用于破片群速度测量。
For measuring velocity and impacting position of single fragment of warhead, a non-contact measuring method was proposed, in which a six-light-screen array, a location identifying board, a multi-channel chronograph, and a computer are used. A principle of measurement is described. The key of the system is a light screen array sensor which consists of six light screens with a certain geometrical parameters. When the fragment flies through the light screen array, the time when it passes through each of the screens is recorded by the multi-channel chronograph. According to the time data and the geometrical parameters of the array, the velocity vector and the location can be calculated immediately. The method presented can be used to locate the fragment and to measure the velocity that is the real velocity on the fly orientation of fragment. It can be also used for measuring velocity of fragment group after further research on engineering.
