针对同一随机试验的多组试验数据拟合概率密度函数时出现的多峰值现象,根据概率密度函数的统计特征是由位置参数、比例参数和形状参数决定,提出同一试验多组试验数据的处理方法。利用最大熵方法拟合出处理后数据的概率密度函数,得到试验数据的全部统计特征,验证了数据处理方法的正确性。

In allusion to the multi peak phenomenon occurring at fitting the probability density function of many test data from the same random test, a data processing method was presented based on the statistic character of the probability density function mainly determined by position, scale and form parameters, The probability density function was fit using the maximum entropy method, and all the statistic characters of test data were received. The correctness of the method was validated.
