从人性化消防设计思考《高规》的部分规定

From humanized fire protection design angle thinking some provision of Code for tall buildings

提出人性化消防设计的观点,即消防安全设计应体现“以人为本”,尊重人对建筑的多重需求,实现人和建筑的和谐。从人性化消防设计角度对《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》中关于消防车道、消防扑救面、隔墙、前室等有关条款的规定进行思考,提出在保障消防安全性能的前提下,适当放宽要求,使建筑更舒适、更美观、更实用。

Put forward a standpoint of the humanized fire protection design, which means fire protection design should fulfill making people the center now, respecting human＇s multiple need to building, carrying out harmony between human and building. In this paper, from humanized the fire protection design angle ,ponder concerning itemof Code for fire protection design of tall buildings ,such as fire fight driveway, fire fight side,separating wall,ex：room etc. And think proper loosening the items request ,while insure fire safe performance, to make building more comfortable, more beautiful and more practical.
