在体心肌广泛转染的途径

摘要 基因治疗对于心血管系统疾病的治疗具有巨大的潜在价值。但是心肌细胞属于有丝分裂后期细胞,转染难度较大,且对于存在广泛心肌细胞病理改变的疾病来说,如心肌病、心肌肥大、心力衰竭等,需要相对广泛地心肌转染才有可能达到治疗的目的。选择正确的转染途径不仅可以增加转染效率,还可减少心外组织目的基因的表达,减轻可能引起的基因治疗副作用,从而增强基因治疗临床应用的可行性,选择正确的转染途径是转染治疗能否成功的前提条件之一。
