原发性高血压患者服用硝苯地平控释片后血管内皮功能的改变 被引量:4

摘要 目的根据“内皮-高血压-心血管事件”链的病理发展进程,进一步了解血管内皮功能与原发性高血压的相互关系及硝苯地平控释片(欣然)对高血压患者血管内皮功能的干预。方法治疗组56例高血压患者口服欣然一日30~60mg,共4周;对照组30例健康者口服安慰剂一日1片,共4周。两组患者治疗前后行血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)检测。结果治疗组用药前ET明显升高、NO明显降低,较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组用药4周后血压、ET明显下降,NO明显升高,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.01);与对照组相比治疗后ET、NO仍有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论高血压患者血压增高与内皮功能受损有关,欣然不仅有较好的降压作用,而且可改善高血压患者的内皮功能。 Objective To observe the changes of vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension and effects of nefedipine controlled release tablets (Xinran) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 56 patients with essential hypertension and 30 healthy volunteers participated in the study. ET and NO were measured in all subjects. Then patients with essential hypertension were treated with Xinran for 4 weeks. At the end of 4 weeks treatment with Xinran, ET and NO were remeasured. Result Compared with normal control group, patients with essential hypertension showed markedly elevated ET (P〈0.01), while NO reduced significantly (P〈0.01). After 4 weeks treatment with Xinran in patients with essential hypertension, blood pressure and ET reduced (all P〈0.01), while NO were elevated (P〈0.01). Conclusion Hypertension leads to impaired vascular endothelial function. Xinran can reduce blood pressure and protect vascular endothelial function.
