摘要
本文认为,在小生产与大市场矛盾的制约下,目前我国生鲜农产品的流通体制是以批发市场为核心的,这是一条效率低的断裂链或局部的短链,不利于实现农产品在流通环节的增值。文章提出,解决这一问题最有效的办法是培育核心企业以替代目前批发市场,核心企业可以是大型商贸企业、第三方物流企业或生鲜农产品的加工企业。基于核心企业的生鲜农产品供应链管理在运用电子商务技术整合优化生鲜农产品供应链方面有明显的优势,能以最小的成本为顾客提供最大的价值,并能获得共赢的效果。
The author maintains that, by reason of the wholesale market stops the information chain and fund chain, under the circulation system of fresh food, of which the wholesale market is the core, the supply chain of fresh food is a low efficiency break chain or the partial short chain. The author believes that, the most effective way to solve this question is to cultivate the core enterprise instead of the wholesale market's core place at present. We can provide the greatest value to customer in the lowest cost based on the core enterprise's supply chain management of fresh food, and obtain the effect of altogether wins. There are four different kinds of fresh food supply chain can be used here.
