摘要
介绍了教育能力的内涵和结构,研究了在化学教学中培养师范生教育能力的主要措施,为从事师范教育的教师提供重要的理论指导。
Mainly introduced the connotation and structure of educative ability. Research the measures of how to cultivate it during the chemical teaching. It supplies an important theoretical instruction for the teachers who are engaged in teacher-training.
