聚氯乙烯/蒙脱土插层复合材料的制备与性能 被引量:3

Study on preparation and properties of PVC/montmorillonite imbedded composites

摘要 利用蒙脱土(MMT)的阳离子交换特性,将十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(BS-12)引入蒙脱土层间,对蒙脱土进行有机化预处理,使蒙脱土在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)中的分散性提高。借助普通乳液聚合的方法,制备出聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/蒙脱土嵌入混杂材料。对混杂材料进行XRD分析,结果表明PMMA嵌入了蒙脱土层间,使层间距明显扩大。采用熔融共混的方法制备了PVC/蒙脱土复合材料,并对其强度和韧性进行了研究。结果表明,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/蒙脱土嵌入混杂材料可使PVC的强度和韧性分别提高17%和489.2%。 Based on the characteristic of negative charges exchange of montmorillonite (MMT), making the dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (BS-12) imbedded in the layer of MMT, we pretreated MMT and enhanced the dispersion of MMT in MMA. By means of emulsion polymerization, PMMA organ-MMT imbedding composite was prepared. By means of XRD, analysis indicated that PMMA was imbedded in the layer of montmorillonite and the layer distance was expanded obviously. Then using melt blending method, PVC/MMT composite was prepared and the intensity, toughness were also studied. The resuits show that PMMA organ-MMT imbedding composite can respectively enhance the intensity and toughness of PVC by 17 0% and 489.2%.
