摘要
目的:研究血清胰岛素(INS)、C肽(CP)及胰高血糖素(GR)在新生儿硬肿症并发低血糖患儿的变化。方法:检测20例新生儿硬肿症并发低血糖患儿血INS、CP及GR水平,并与30例健康新生儿进行对比。结果:20例新生儿硬肿症并发低血糖患儿中血清浓度INS(10.42±2.53mμ/ml)、CP(0.17±0.18pmol/me)明显低于对照组(13.98±2.53mU/me),而观察组患儿血GR(266.2±147.54pg/ml)明显高于对照组患儿(121.13±40.98pg/ml)。观察组空腹血糖(BS)测定值与INS、CP及GR的相关系数分别为0.27、0.07、-0.03(P>0.25),观察组血INS与GR的相关系数为-0.1(P>0.05)。结论:在新生儿硬肿症中注意补充适当葡萄糖液以及皮质激素的使用,是提高血糖,维持机体需要的措施。
Objective. To investigate the change of blood serum insulin,C peptide and glucagons in the newborn hypoglycemia in hardly swelling sickness. Methods: The blood serum insulin, C peptide, and GR level of 20 newborn hypoglycemia in hardly swelling sickness patients were measured and contrasted with 30 healthy newborns. Result: The blood serum density(10. 42±2. 53mu/ml)and C peptide(0. 17±0. 18mol/ml) and obviously lower than control group(13. 98±2.53mu/ml), the glucagons(266. 2±147.54pg/ml)of observation group are obviously higher than the control group's(121. 13± 40. 98pg/ml). The blood serum insulin, C peptide and glucagons association coefficient of observation group fasting plasma blood glucose is 0. 27, 0.07 and -0. 03 (P〈0. 25), the correlation coefficient of blood serum insulin and glucoses is -0.1 (P〉 0. 05). Conclusion: Supplementing suitable glucose as well as using cortical hormones in the newborm hardly swelling sickness is a important measure of enhancing the blood glucose and maintenancing organism.
