53 Cases Clinical Analysis of Multiple Myeloma

目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后等相关因素,探讨误诊的原因,总结诊断和治疗的经验。方法:对53例多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结论:多发性骨髓瘤常见的症状为骨痛、贫血、肾功能不全,化疗和积极的支持治疗有利提高患者的生存质量。

Objective. Aim Discussing the clinical concerning factors of MM, discussing the reason of the nosis and therapies. Method： Reviewing analysis of 53 characters, diagnosis, therapies, prognosis and some error diagnosis, concluding the experience of the diagclinical cases of MM. Conclusion.. Common symptoms of MM are bone pain, anemia and renal inadequacy, it will improve the existing quality of patients by chemotherapy and active-support therapy.
