目的:探讨现代医院药学的创新运管模式。方法:依据国家颁发的《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》、《医院分级管理评判标准》、《中医医院管理评价指南》和《医疗机构制剂配制质量管理规范》等技术要求,结合现代医院药学的运作特点与科学规律,应用系统管理理论,对影响医院药学建设的相关因素进行了研究。结果:找到了创建现代医院药学管理系统、药学服务系统、制剂生产研制系统、药品供应质保系统、合理用药咨询系统、人才培养与绩效考核系统等6大建设要素。结论:对指导各地规范管理与建设现代化医院药学有着十分重要的参考作用。
