摘要
选择甲基营养菌查氏生丝微菌成都亚种8502-3菌株作为出发菌株进行紫外光诱变处理,并得到PHB产量较高的菌株.比较原有的3株菌,确定用8502-3作为实验用种.利用紫外光的高诱变能力,对之进行多次的诱变工作,通过反复筛选,最终得到含量为64%的高产菌株.
The methylotroPh HyPhomlcrobium(PHP) zararzinii subsp. Cheng-duense subsp, nov. 8502-3 was selected as the initial stain of UV mutagensis. Comparing the three primary stain and fissing the strains of experiment. In ordor to getting the strain of high output, by effecient mutagenetic capacity of UV, strain 8502-3 was mutgenized and setected repeatedly, the stain of producing 64% PHB was obcained.
