摘要 大麦茶能去油、解腻、助消化,长时间饮用还能温和养胃,近年来,大麦茶饮料已成为消费者消暑、养生的新时尚。结合大麦茶饮料生产的关键控制点,对热灌装线的工艺流程设计、GMP控制与工艺控制,以及添加适量的抑菌剂Ninsin等方面进行了探讨,并成功进行了大麦茶饮料的批量生产。从而为低酸性饮料在热灌装线的生产提供了较有借鉴意义的资料。 Barley drinks can help to remove fat and support digestion, and drinking them frequently is beneficial to the stomach. In recent years, it has become a fad for consumers to drink barley drinks for preventing sunstroke and preserving their health. In combination with the critical control points in processing of barley drinks, the flow, GMP control and technological control of hot-filling lines, as well as the appropriate addition of Ninsin were investigated, and the volume production of the drinks was successfully achieved. All these will provide valuable references for the production of low acidic drinks with hot-filling lines.
