摘要
利用ABAQUS6.5对H型钢的开坯过程进行数值分析,由于单元的严重畸变导致数值分析的异常终止。为了保证数值分析过程的顺利进行,提出了一种适用于型钢轧制及其类似过程的六面体网格重构及数据映射方法,利用显式积分分析瞬态轧制过程、利用隐式积分分析轧制间隙的瞬态温度场,保证了较高的计算效率。基于ABAQUS6.5编制相关程序,分析H型钢的前两道次轧制,通过和直接利用ABAQUS6.5获得的结果进行对比,验证了方法的有效性,为型钢轧制等类似过程提供了确实可行的计算思路。
The ABAQUS6.5 was used to analyze the H-Shape metal cogging, in which the mass scaling and mesh adaptive was utilized to improve the simulation effectiveness. Since the excessive element deformation, the whole cogging process was not simulated successfully. In order to analyze the whole process, a brick-element re-meshing and data mapping technique was presented for simulating the shape-metal rolling and similar process, in which the explicit time integration was selected to analyze the transient roll-pass process and the implicit time integration was selected to analyze the inter-pass transient thermal process. Comparing the results of the second pass of H-shape rolling with that acquired by ABAQUS6.5 proved the effectiveness of the method.
