摘要
目的优化整合农村中学“三维健教”环境,全面提升学校预防艾滋病健康教育质量,提高学生预防艾滋病认知水平。方法创新设计“三维健教”、“逆顺导教”、“一带六教育”方法,导入“行政干预”法,采用内源性干预和外源性干预。结果观察组中学生预防艾滋病知识的平均认知水平从干预前的36.55%上升到98.79%;区域内推广学生平均认知水平达95.12%;经推行“逆顺导教”和“一带六教育”法,家长基本知识平均认知水平从干预前的16.47%上升到77.10%。结论创新方法在农村中学生艾滋病防制干预与推广中的效果十分显著。
Objective To optimize and combine the health education atmosphere of the rural middle school, to promote school-based health education on AIDS prevention, and to improve students' cognition of AIDS prevention. Methods A series of new methods, such as 3-dimension health education, bidirectional education and one drives six education, were designed innovatively. Endogenous intervention, other source intervention and government intervention were edopted. Results In abserved group, the average level of HIV prevention knowledge rose from 36.55% to98.79%. After popularizing this new method in the whole distriet, the average cognition level was up to 95.12%. The average level of AIDS knowledge in students' parents rose from 16.47% to 77.10% by using the methods of "bidirectional education" and "one drives six education". Conclusion The effects of such innovative methods are notable in HIV prevention and popularization in rural school.
