摘要
提出了一种基于FDTD方法的PML和MUR混合吸收边界条件。在FDTD计算空间的6个边界面上,通过在传输线沿电波传输方向上的两个端面设置PML吸收边界,在另外的边界面上设置MUR吸收边界的方法来实现,并应用于计算CPW的色散特性,给出了特性阻抗随频率变化的曲线,其计算结果与XFDTD电磁仿真软件得出的结果进行了比较,得到了良好的一致性,而且计算时间相对于XFDTD大大缩短,从而提高了计算效率。
A mixed absorbing boundary condition for FDTD was advanced based on PML and MUR, This is achieved through setting the PML absorbing boundary condition in two boundaries along the direction of wave transmission and the MUR absorbing boundary condition in other boundaries, and analysis of dispersion characteristic of CPW was proposed, and the characteristic impedance curve versus frequency was given. The results of theoretical calculation show very good agreement with XFDTD formulation. And the time of calculation is about one fourth of XFDTD formulation, so the calculation efficiency is increased.
