基于虚拟样机技术的振动冲击夯参数设计研究 被引量:10

摘要 分析了振动冲击夯传统建模和分析方法的不足。采用Pro/E和Adams软件建立了振动冲击夯的参数化虚拟样机模型,解决了建模当中的一些关键问题。用虚拟样机技术对振动冲击夯进行了模态分析和动态响应特性分析,详细分析了振动冲击夯各设计参数对机器工作性能的影响,并以主要设计参数为设计变量对振动冲击夯进行了优化设计。在仿真结果的基础上,采用Ansys软件对振动冲击夯的连杆结构进行了结构优化设计。在分析的基础上,提出了设计振动冲击夯时应遵循的原则和优化方法。 The defect of conventional method for the construction of model and analysis of vibration-impact rammer was analyzed firstly. A parameterized virtual prototyping model of vibration-impact rammer was build up by using Pro/E and Adams. Some key problems were solved in the process. Virtual prototyping technology was used to carry out the modal analysis and dynamic response analysis for vibration-impact rammer. The detailed analysis of the effects of the design parameters of vibration-impact rammer on the work characteristics of the machine was completed through the simulation test. Optimization design for vibration-impact rammer was implemented. Based on the result of the simulation, structural optimization of the connection rod was carded out, too. The design principles and optimal method for vibration-impact rammer were proposed on the base of the analysis.
