加拿大披碱草×圆柱披碱草杂种F_1的生育及细胞遗传学分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了解加拿大披碱草与圆柱披碱草杂种F1的育性、细胞遗传学基础及育种潜力,对其杂种F1的生育特性、染色体构型进行了分析。结果表明,杂种F1生长速度介于双亲之间,平均株高143.67cm,株型偏向加拿大披碱草,叶量丰富,穗子超亲优势明显,花粉高度不育,结实率为0;杂种F1为五倍体,其平均染色体构型为5.82 I+14.31Ⅱ+0.15Ⅲ,并有落后染色体和染色体桥,染色体配对行为不规则是造成杂种不育的细胞遗传学原因。 In order to investigate the fertility, cytogenetic basis and breeding potential for utilizing interspecific hybrid F1 between E. Canadensisand E. cylindricus, the growth, fertility, cytogenetic configuration were analyzed. The results showed that the growth rate of hybrids F1 was in the middle of parents, average height was 143.67cm, plant type was similar to E. canadensis, the number of leaves were bigger, over parent heterosis of the spike of F1 hybrids was distinct, pollen fertility rate was completely sterile, and seed set was 0; hybrid F1 is pentaploid (2n=5x=35), average chromosome pairing configurations at metaphase Ⅰ in pollen mother cells is 5.82Ⅰ+ 14.31 Ⅱ + 0. 15 Ⅲ, and lagging chromosome and bridge fragment are observed at anaphase Ⅰ , the cytogenetic reasons why hybrid F1 is sterile is that chromosome pairing behavior is irregular. The above results provide a basis for identification of hybrids, fertility restoration and selection of progenies.
